An Act to provide for the control of the manufacture, importation, sale, storage and use of pesticides, and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. The Act makes provision for the establishment of the Pesticides Control Board and for its functions, and for the licensing of manufacture or import of pesticides and the registration of pesticides in the Register of Pesticides.
