This Order provides rules relative to the placing on the market of pesticides as defined by the Order. Pesticides may only advertised, stored, sold or supplied if approved by the Minister and if rules set out in the Schedules to this Order are complied with. The Order also sets out the power of the Minister in relation with seizure or disposal of pesticides.
