The present Regulations enact the Pipelines Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down comprehensive provisions relating to the construction and maintenance of pipelines. The text – consisting of 26 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following matters: licence and application, notification and easements, approvals and certification, alteration of pipelines, discontinuation of pipeline, abandonment of pipeline, inspections, written reports and records.
