This Order amends the Plant Health Order (Northern Ireland) 2006 to introduce measures to prevent the introduction and spread of Chalara fraxinea T. Kowalski. In particular, the Order: (a) prohibits the landing in or the movement within Northern Ireland of this pest; (b) prohibits the landing in or the movement within Northern Ireland of plants of Fraxinus L. intended for planting which are infected with the pest; (c) imposes additional requirements on the landing in or movement within Northern
