This Order amends the Plant Health (England) Order 2005 in relation with: matters which are not longer required to be notified under article 19(4); and the prohibition to land in England certain plants which have been grown or are suspected to have been grown in another member State or in Switzerland, unless prior written notification has been given to an authorised inspector. It also makes some minor technical amendments.
