Plant Payments Ordinance 1997.

An Ordinance to implement EC regulations on the granting of special payments for plant producers. The AMA ("Agrarmarkt Austria") is responsible for the enforcement of this Ordinance. Part 2 deals with requirements for receiving payments, and Part 3 lists details of application procedures. The Ordinance consists of 25 articles divided into 8 Parts.
