The aim of this Order is to prevent the spreading of asian citrus psyllid, citrus greening disease, citrus tristeza virus and citrus canker, which are declared notifiable plant pests in Dominica. The Order specifies in the Schedule restricted articles. An authorised officer may subject any other article, product or means of conveyance to a Restriction Order. A person shall not remove or dispatch a restricted article from or move a restricted article into, any area of Dominica without written per
