These Regulations amend the Plant Protection Products Regulations 2005 in Schedule 1, which sets out the instruments that amend Council Directive 91/414/EEC concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market, so as to insert new entries set out in the two Parts of the Schedule to these Regulations regarding active substances.
