These Regulations amend the Plant Protection Products Regulations 2005 by replacing Schedule 1 of those Regulations with Schedule 1 to these Regulations. Schedule 1 sets out the instruments that amend Council Directive 91/414/EEC which is implemented by the principal Regulations.
