Article 1 of the present Ordinance lists details of accompanying documents and article 2 details of registers. Seed producers have to ensure flawless quality, proper packing, labelling, hygienic conditions, and that transport is properly carried out. Article 11 deals with importation from third countries. Relevant fees are listed in article 12. The Ordinance consists of 12 articles.
