This Act amends the Port Authority Act 2006 by inserting new provisions that establish the Board of Directors of the Port Authority and define its functions and powers. It also makes consequential amendments to existing provisions and empowers the Cabinet to give directions to the Board. The Board shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, be responsible for the policy and general administration of the affairs of the Authority.
