The present Ordinance implements the Schleswig-Holstein Water Law in its version of 30 July 2000. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the collection of charges in state owned ports. The text consists of 25 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Charges (II); Special provisions for Friedrichstadt (III); Final provisions (IV).
