Port Fees Ordinance.

The present Ordinance implements the Hamburg Port Authority Law of 29 June 2005. Article 1 establishes that for official acts relating to maritime affairs administration fees as laid down in Annex 1 shall be collected, whereas for the use of public facilities and equipment of surface waters user charges shall be levied as laid down in Annex 2. The text consists of 7 articles and 2 Annexes.
