The present Ordinance implements various Community Regulations as laid down in article 1. The Ordinance sets out regulations dealing with the payment of subsidies for potatoes and a premium for potato starch. Article 2 names AMA (“Agrarmarkt Austria”) as responsible for the execution of the present Ordinance. The text consists of 16 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Provisions for production of potato starch (2); Subsidy for potatoes (3); Premium for production (4
