This Act concerns the production and marketing of poultry and poultry products in the Province. The Act provides for the establishment of advisory committees (sect. 3), regulates inspections and grading (sect. 7), provides for certification (sect. 11) and misbranding (sect. 12), and defines offences and penalties.
