This Resolution is composed of 4 articles. Construction and works on Nile digs, basins, banks, plots and islands from the borders with Sudan to the mouth in Mediterranean Sea are prohibited (art. 1). Anything that may prejudice Nile's course and glamour such as the construction of ports without the authorization of the Cabinet is prohibited (art. 2). Prefects and the General Egyptian Committee for Coast Protection will carry out the implementation of this Resolution (art. 3).
