Prescribed Amount Regulation (B.C. Reg. 93/2000).

This Regulation sets out the prescribed amount for the purposes of section 11 (6)(a) of the Forest Renewal Act. Section 11 deals with Forest Renewal BC revenue. It states that as soon as practicable after each quarter of the fiscal year of the government, the Minister of Finance and Corporate Relations, must pay to the Forest Renewal BC, an amount which will be gradually reduced by an "amount prescribed", by the Treasury Board.
