This Presidential Decision, consisting of 12 articles, establishes the updating of the Coordination Committee for Agricultural Credits (CCCA). It specifies composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned institution, under the Chief of the Government, which will be entitled to issue credits in the agricultural sector.
