The President, with a view to ensuring the implementation of the Water Code of the Azerbaijan Republic, decrees that : 1) The President of Azerbaijan republic executes powers of “the relevant executive authorities” stipulated in the first part of Article 34 and the first part of Article 91 of the Water Code. 2) The Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic execute the powers of “the relevant executive bodies” stipulated in
