The present Decree consists of only one article which states the adoption of Resolution of the Regional Council No. 115 of 11 May 1999, which is hereby attached. The Resolution provides for the implementation of Presidential Decree of 12 April 1996 in matter of environmental impact assessment. The procedure referred to in article 10 of the above-mentioned Presidential Decree shall apply exclusively to the projects listed out in Annex B to the Presidential Decree itself.
