This Presidential Decree establishes the competencies of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. It consists of 4 articles specifying the competencies of the aforementioned institution, which shall be entitled to carry out different programmes within the sectors of: technical improvements in agriculture, land use, livestock and veterinary, forestry resource management, wildlife protection, irrigation for agricultural purposes, etc.
