The Decree, consisting of sixteen articles, regulates the reproduction of bovines, ovines and swines. Animals may be used for reproduction purposes only if they meet the requirements established by article 1, which include registration, certification and identification conditions. Holders of reproductive animals belonging to the bovine, swine and ovine species shall transmit annually to the Regional Association of Farmers in Sicilia (A.R.A.S.) the list relative to animals used for natural mounti
