The President decrees to establish that state wildlife and plant inspection subordinated to the President shall examine administrative offences regarding use and protection of surface water, plant and wildlife species, violation of the norms of ecological safety, trade of freshwater fishes, meat of wild animals, wild-growing plants and parts thereof. Officials of the aforesaid inspection are authorized to draw up reports regarding the aforesaid offences.
