Presidential Decree No. 118 of 1999 relative to the Food Resilience Monitoring Team.

This Decree appoints various ministers and heads of State agencies as members of the Food Resilience Monitoring Team. The team shall be accountable to the President. It shall identify and evaluate factors giving rise to food emergencies, formulate strategies for overcoming such emergencies, give directions to Regional Food Resilience Monitoring Teams and submit reports on food scarcity to the President.
