Presidential Decree No. 119 amending and completing Presidential Decree No. 297/1997.

With this Decree, at the end of point c, paragraph 2 of article 4 to Presidential Decree No. 297/1997 the following text is added: “The facilities falling under Annex II, chapter 3 of the present Decree shall be approved according to the procedures described in article 16 paragraphs 1, 3, 4 and 7 of Presidential Decree No. 412/1994".
