This Decree, in compliance with Council Directive 97/78/EC, amends and replaces the provisions of Part C (articles 31 up to 53) to Presidential Decree 420/1993. Part C lays down the requirements applying on veterinary checks on products from third countries introduced into the national territory or through it, into one of the territories of other Member States.
