Presidential Decree No. 1274 regarding competence of the Federal executive bodies.

The President decrees to re-organize Federal Fisheries Agency into the State Committee on Fisheries with the transfer of thereto the functions of the Ministry of Agriculture in the sphere of fisheries, fishing vessels, conservation, reproduction and use of aquatic biological resources, supervision and control thereof. The Government shall guide the activity of the State Committee on Fisheries.
