This Decree, in compliance with Council Directive 93/120/EEC, 91/494/EEC (article 19, paragraph 2) and 92/65/EEC (article 7b), amends certain provisions of Presidential Decree No. 211 laying down animal health conditions governing intra-Community trade and imports from third countries of poultry and hatching eggs. More specifically, hatching eggs, day-old chicks, breeding poultry and productive poultry must satisfy the conditions laid down to this Decree. Also, vaccinations have to be performed
