This Presidential Decree, consisting of 15 Chapters, establishes the legal framework applicable for any activity related to petroleum products, from crude petroleum refining processes, storage, transport of oil products through pipeline, logistic superintendence of Petroleum Products System of the Republic of Angola (SDPRA), to distribution of oil products and the functioning of gross and detailed markets, etc.
