Presidential Decree No. 158 amending Presidential Decree No. 347 regarding marine equipment, in compliance with Council Directive 98/85/EC.

This Decree, in compliance with the provisions of Commission Directive 98/85/EC, amends article 2 to Presidential Decree No. 347 regarding the equipment on board of ships for safety at sea and prevention of marine pollution purposes, as follows: the text of point (c) regarding the definition of “radiocommunications equipment” is replaced. Also, in points (d) and (n) the date “20-12-96” is replaced by “1 January 1999”. Annex A to Presidential Decree No. 347 is replaced by the text in the Annex to
