Aim of the present Decree is to adopt the Greek legislative framework to the provisions of Directives 98/25/EC and 98/42/EC. Both texts amend Council Directive 95/21/EC as regards port State control of international standards for ship safety, pollution prevention and shipboard living and working conditions.
