This Decree aims at taking measures to reduce anthropogenic impacts on the environment and to solve environmental problems. This Decree states that the Action Plan 2006-2013 to improve the ecological situation stresses on soil pollution, effluent wastewater, air pollution, deforestation, water pollution, erosion, desertification and endangered ecosystems. The Action Plan 2006-2013 shall carry out actions to improve the ecological situation, such as wastewater treatment to increase water quality
