The President decrees, for the purpose of preservation of precious ecosystems and additional financing of the damaged ecosystems of the protected areas, to establish environmental fees to be applicable for the passage of vehicles on the territory of the National Parks and biosphere reserves. Ecological stations shall be set up at the entrance of the protected areas for the purpose of collection of environmental fees.
