The President, in connection with worsening of epizootic situation in the European countries and for the purpose of prevention of introduction of pests of dangerous animal diseases on the territory of Ukraine and other states, decrees as follows: 1) Cabinet of Ministers is entitled with the task of validation of the program of manufacturing of national means of animal protection on the basis of modern technologies and provision with them of enterprises, institutions and organizations forming a p
