Presidential Decree No. 223 amending the provisions of article 4 to Presidential Decree No. 345/2003.

With this Decree a new paragraph 3 is added, after paragraph 2, to article 4 of Presidential Decree No. 345/2003. The amendment regards the procedures to be followed by the State authorities wishing to grant an authorization to any organization providing safety certification services, which is not yet recognized by the State.
