The Presidential Decree consists of 4 Chapters that contain 51 articles. The Presidential Decree establishes that state enterprises as autonomous economic entities can be set up in the following spheres: 1) extraction, transportation, processing of uranium and other nuclear materials; 2) economic activity in the sphere of energy, water supply and heating, main lines.
