The President decrees to re-organize the State Forestry Committee into Chief Forestry Directorate subordinated to the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Management assigning thereto the following functions: (a) enforcement of forest legislation in the sphere of forest management and hunting; (b) forest management; (c) registration of forests, fauna and flora; (d) afforestation and reforestation; (e) protection against forest fires; and (f) forest service.
