The President, for the purpose of reforming communal services with a view of stable provision of the population with potable water, natural gas and communal services, decrees to abolish the Ministry of Communal Services and to create on its basis authorized state institution in the sphere of communal services “Uzcommunhizmat”. The aforesaid institution shall carry out the following functions: (a) stable and reliable functioning of interregional water supply systems; (b) implementation of the uni
