The Decree, in compliance with Council Directive 92/118/EEC, lays down the animal health and public health requirements governing trade in and imports in the national territory of products of animal origin (including trade samples taken from such products) not subject to the said requirements laid down in chapter I to Annex A of Presidential Order No. 420/1993 and, as regards pathogenic agents, Part B of the same Presidential Order.
