Presidential Decree No. 298 amending the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 326/1988 on the Register of fresh vegetables traders.

With the present Decree certain provisions of Presidential Decree No. 326/1988 are amended. More specifically, article 3 (section 11 and 12) regarding the adherence to the Register, are amended. Also, article 4 dealing with the procedures and accompanying documentation for adhering to the Register is hereby replaced. Certain amendments throughout the text of article 5 regarding the renewal of adherence are laid down with this Decree.
