With this Decree, certain provisions as regards the organisation of veterinary checks on products entering the Community from third countries, are amended or replaced, in order to comply with Council Directive 97/79/EC. More specifically, article 22 of Presidential Order No. 223/1995 is hereby replaced and article 23 of the same Decree is repealed. Replacements and amendment of phrases are brought forth in articles 19 and 21 of Presidential Order No. 412/1994. In Presidential Order No. 11/1995,
