The President, with a view of effective realization of the provisions of the Forestry Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and further development of forestry complex, specially protected natural territories and the hunting economy of the republic, decrees to endorse proposed Regulation on the State Forestry Service, its management scheme and central administration structure. The Government is entitled to solve the organizational, financial and other issues originating from the present Decree.
