Presidential Decree No. UP-3610 amending Presidential Decree No. UP-2165 setting up Special fund for payment for agricultural commodities purchased for public needs.

Paragraphs two and three of the item 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “timely financing of payments for agricultural commodities supplied for public needs, supervision over purposeful use of finances destined for payment for agricultural commodities supplied for public needs.”
