Presidential Decree No. 4 1998 on fees and taxes for water well digging licence and services.

This Decree is composed of 3 articles. The Palestinian Water Authority will carry out the levying of fees and taxes related to water services, water licence, digging wells, renew of licence, changing equipment, water sale licence and like (art. 1). Fees and taxes will be conveyed to the Public Treasury according to rules and regulation of the Ministry of Finance (art. 2).
