The Presidential Decree amends Act No. 157 of 11 February 1992 as regards wild bird protected species, in compliance with Directive 97/49/EC, as follows: the reference to Annex I of Directive 79/409/EEC in article 1 of Act No. 157 of 1992 is replaced by the reference to Annex I of Directive 1997/49/EC.
