This Presidential Decree concerns measures for the protection against zoonoses. Zoonosis means any disease or infection which is likely to be naturally transmitted from animals to man (art. 1). The Ministry of Health will collect information on the incidence of specified zoonoses in animals and man and report each year trends, sources of infection and measures adopted to the Commission.
