The President decrees to establish that Ministry of Agriculture and Food is the authorized institution entitled with the task of state survey over the observance of technical requirements for running drainage systems and waterworks destined for agricultural purpose irrespectively of their administrative subordination, safe running of waterworks pertaining to drainage systems and water bodies destined for agricultural use.
