This Decree lays down provisions relative to the setting up of the Register containing all relevant information regarding agricultural enterprises. The Register is to be set up under the National Information System on Agriculture (SIAN) as per article 1. Public and private individuals and legal entities engaged in agriculture, fisheries, forestry and agro-industrial activities shall be registered.
