Aim of this Decree is the implementation of the provisions of articles 9 and 10 of law No. 1650/86 as well as those of articles 4-9, 12 and 15 of law No. 3199/2003. Also seeks to align the Greek legislative frame with the provisions of Directive No. 2000/60/EC establishing a framework for Community action in the field of water policy.
