Presidential Decree No. 55 on the protection of the marine environment.

Aim of the present Decree is to consolidate, codify and translate into modern Greek (demotic language) the provisions of Law No. 743/1977 as amended and in force. If there is any discrepancy between the text of this Decree and the text of the law, the original text of Law No. 743/1977 shall prevail.
